Trent Voigt, Chairman of JetPay, LLC, directs the company in the latest technology for the payments industry.
As a technology advisor, he assists with technical planning and product design, implementation, integration, and project management. Additionally, he develops and maintains relationships with industry leaders.
Mr. Voigt was CEO and president of Triumphant Enterprises Inc., an innovative third-party processor since 1990. He has also served as executive vice-president of Vectrix, director of engineering of National Business Systems, and in several senior engineering positions.
He earned a bachelor of science in computer engineering from Baylor University.

Dave Chester, Chief Operations Officer - Brings to JetPay unsurpassed knowledge, strength, and a vast understanding of the card and payments industry making him unequivocally qualified to lead JetPay's business development group.
His most recent position was President of Central Atlantic Merchant Services Inc., a subsidiary of Susquehanna Bank. Dave has close to 30 years of payment processing experience from check guarantee in the early 80's to a processing ISO in the 90's.
As former Vice President of National and Regional Sales for First National Bank of Omaha's merchant division and Vice President of National Sales at National Processing Company (NPC) in Louisville KY Dave has developed many long lasting relationships with national retailers, direct marketers, Ecommerce, and national catalogers coast to coast.
Dave has participated on various Visa and MasterCard workshops and committees over the years.

Michael Gage, Chief Financial Officer, leads the Financial, Merchant Underwriting and Risk Operations.
Michael brings 25 years of Corporate Accounting experience to Jetpay. The last 15 years Michael has held positions as a Controller and CFO within the payments vertical. This experience gained Michael extensive operational and financial experience, which allows Jetpay to develop and maintain successful financial operations today and in the future.
Previously, Michael worked with Trent Voigt in Triumphant Enterprises over 10 years ago.

Todd Fuller, Executive Vice President of Business Development, leads JetPay's business development efforts through the ever growing multi-channel sales initiatives.
With approximately 20 years payment processing industry experience, Mr. Fuller brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in numerous sectors including e-commerce, municipalities, health care, retail, associations, specialty vertical niches which have ranged from the small to medium sized markets up to the large volume multi-billion dollar companies. He served as President of a long standing ISO for 15 years and is a former Senior Vice President of a state bank located in Houston, Tx.
Lastly he has been a consultant to several private organizations in the banking, healthcare, commercial mortgage and payment processing industries for both start-up and existing business development plans while also handling sales training coaching for over 2,000 individuals in these industries.

Coy Lynch – VP of Business Development - Mr. Lynch is charged with VIP Merchant assistance, ISO/Agent Relationship Management, New Product/Vendor Research, Integration/Implementation, and Liaison between Merchants/Sales/Engineering/RISK.
An Operations Manager for a large ISO, Coy helped drive activations and terminal leases to levels never before seen. Coy's life-long experience of indirect sales management helped him to understand the needs of the sales person in the field and the customer base to direct available resources into tangible and obtainable goals for product development.
Carrying that experience and drive to JetPay Coy has been able to take an ISO program in its infancy with only a hand full of indirect channels and generate twelve times its original monthly activity; all of this is accomplished while maintaining focus on the ISO's continued growth and success.
Coys hands on approach in the development of ISO's and Merchant Services groups makes him uniquely qualified to handle the diverse responsibilities of his position.

Reg Mills CA (SA) - JetPay European Operations
Reg manages the JetPay European Operation. Located in UK, with his valuable banking connections and long experience in handling money market transactions, he is uniquely qualified to work both sides of the process. He has experience in credit card processing along with extensive customer knowledge and dedication to the industry.
Reg is a qualified CPA with extensive experience in business administration, human resources, company secretarial and financial accounting and manufacturing.
Formerly Reg was the International Money Management Treasurer for a major multinational company as well handling company Flotations and business startups. He has also served as Treasurer and Director of main board of a London merchant bank responsible for the treasury function, Money Market and Forex dealing activities
